- Talent Development: Build and mentor a high-performing team of futurists and engineers focused on long-term technological impact.

Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 3 years in a strategic planning or R&D management capacity.

- Executive Presence: Proven ability to communicate complex concepts to C-level executives and influence organizational direction.
