- Present future tech roadmaps to C-suite and board members
- Mentor 15+ engineers and researchers in emerging technologies
- Launch minimum 3 breakthrough products by 2026
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of scaling quantum/AI projects from concept to market
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field required
- Expertise in federated learning, neuromorphic computing, and climate tech
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
