You will collaborate with our Chief Technology Officer and cross-functional teams to drive innovation that positions OmniStream at the forefront of the industry.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying key emerging trends such as generative AI, edge computing, and quantum-ready infrastructure.
- Lead a high-performance team of futurists and engineers to prototype solutions that will be market-ready by 2026.
- Oversee the integration of advanced AI models into core product lines, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI development and data privacy compliance.
- Present strategic visions to stakeholders and investors to secure funding for long-term R&D initiatives.
- Partner with product management to translate technical roadmaps into actionable business features.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or strategic technology leadership.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects and managing diverse engineering teams.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to forecast industry shifts and adapt accordingly.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for executive audiences.
