Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to drive innovation.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, Blockchain) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Manage the technology budget and ensure optimal resource allocation for R&D initiatives.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives and technology integrations.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to communicate complex technical strategies in a clear, compelling manner.
- Oversee the architecture of scalable systems designed to support our projected user base by 2026.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or executive leadership within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technology roadmaps (5+ years horizon).
- Strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Cloud Infrastructure.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets and leading large, distributed teams.
