Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's 5-year technological roadmap, specifically focusing on readiness for the 2026 market shift.
- Lead high-level research and development initiatives in emerging tech sectors, including Generative AI and Edge Computing.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technical innovations with broader business goals and revenue targets.
- Mentor and develop a diverse team of senior engineers and product managers.
- Predict industry trends and competitor movements to ensure our technology stack remains future-proof.
- Oversee the acquisition and integration of cutting-edge technologies into our proprietary platforms.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in senior technology leadership roles, with at least 3 years in a Director or VP of Engineering capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale technology products.
- Deep expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and scalable cloud architectures.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate abstract concepts into actionable development roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and ethical AI implementation.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
