- Identify emerging market trends and translate them into actionable business strategies and product features.
- Oversee a budget of over $10M for R&D initiatives and infrastructure modernization.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology goals with overall corporate strategy.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to foster innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or R&D management.
- Proven track record of driving innovation and implementing next-gen technologies.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and cloud infrastructure architecture.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast technology trends for the next 3-5 years.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
