Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a 2026 innovation roadmap with measurable impact on business growth
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI-driven solutions for next-gen markets
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, etc.) for strategic integration
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for innovation pipeline management
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation with corporate vision and investor expectations
- Present innovation strategies to board members and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive products from concept to market
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Strong financial acumen with experience in innovation budgeting ($10M+ scale)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- PhD or equivalent in relevant field (preferred)
