- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives, product teams, and R&D to ensure technology initiatives support broader business goals.
- Future-Proofing Infrastructure: Overhaul legacy systems to ensure scalability and resilience for the next decade.
- Stakeholder Communication: Articulate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for high-stakes investments.
- Innovation Lab Management: Lead a dedicated team focused on experimental technologies and proof-of-concept developments.
Qualifications
- Strategic Leadership: 10+ years of experience in senior technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years in strategic planning or futurism.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and emerging tech trends expected by 2026.
- Executive Presence: Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive organizational change.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
