Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute a comprehensive strategic vision for the organization, identifying key opportunities and threats in the 2026 landscape.
- Trend Analysis & Foresight: Monitor emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, Quantum) and synthesize insights into actionable business intelligence.
- Leadership & Vision Casting: Inspire and lead diverse teams, fostering a culture of innovation and long-term thinking across all departments.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex future scenarios to C-level executives and board members to secure buy-in for high-stakes initiatives.
- Partnership Building: Collaborate with academic institutions and industry leaders to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in executive strategy, futurism, or high-level management within the tech industry.
- Tech Acumen: Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and next-generation computing trends.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex future concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Proven track record of pivoting strategies in response to rapid market shifts.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
