Responsibilities
- Master company products/services through immersive training modules
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce CRM system
- Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support with detailed context
- Contribute to knowledge base improvement initiatives
- Meet/exceed quality metrics (90% CSAT target)
- Participate in weekly feedback sessions with team leads
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 6+ months customer service or retail experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional problem-solving and active listening skills
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with high accuracy
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Available for on-site training (Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM)
- Valid authorization to work in the United States
