Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Learn and explain our software products and services to new clients.
- Resolve complex customer issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and support team to meet team goals.
- Participate in daily training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to existing clients.
Qualifications
