Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries and product information in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with patience and a problem-solving approach.
- Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Enter data into the company database accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow during peak weekend hours.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Basic computer proficiency (typing and navigating windows).
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.
