Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone during weekend shifts.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex problems to senior staff.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the team to improve service response times.
- Assist in onboarding new team members through peer mentorship.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and web browsers).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Reliable transportation to our downtown San Francisco office.
