Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Process customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the team to meet weekly performance targets.
- Assist in training new hires and sharing best practices.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide full training!
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate software applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
