Responsibilities

- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash and card payments.
- Store Operations: Assist with inventory organization, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries and complaints in a calm, solution-oriented manner, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Team Support: Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve daily goals and ensure store standards are met during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) and be willing to work varying shifts.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred; equivalent work experience is highly valued.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor efficiently.
