Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap, specifically targeting innovations relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Architecture Leadership: Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
- Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering culture focused on excellence and innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management and business units to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or CTO role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in AI/ML, Distributed Systems, and Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse, high-performance teams through rapid scaling.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
