Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive AI roadmap aligned with the 2026 corporate vision.
- Oversee the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI into enterprise workflows.
- Identify emerging AI trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Lead a team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to drive innovation.
- Establish ethical guidelines and governance frameworks for AI deployment.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure budget and resources for high-impact initiatives.
- Measure and report on the performance and ROI of AI initiatives to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in AI/ML strategy.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformations and defining long-term roadmaps.
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, NLP, and computer vision.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
