Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the long-term AI roadmap for Nexus Horizon 2026, aligning technical vision with business objectives.
- Research & Development: Oversee the development of proprietary AI models and algorithms, pushing the boundaries of what is currently possible in 2026.
- Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of AI engineers and data scientists.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure AI systems that can handle enterprise-grade workloads.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership and investors.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive intelligence to ensure our technology remains a market leader.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior AI/ML leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks. Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML models.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
