Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with patience and professionalism.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Follow standard operating procedures and scripts to ensure consistency in service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is highly preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Proficiency with computers and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
