What You Will Do:
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and assist with their daily banking needs with a smile.
- Transactions: Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing accurately.
- Accuracy: Maintain precise cash drawer balances and reconcile daily transactions.
- Sales Support: Identify cross-selling opportunities to help customers achieve their financial goals.
- Compliance: Learn and adhere to strict banking regulations and security protocols.
- Operations: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming branch environment.
What We Are Looking For:
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Basic math proficiency and exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience: Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not required for this trainee role.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Integrity: Ability to pass a background check and obtain any necessary banking licenses.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to obtain a Notary Public commission (if applicable) or background check clearance.
