Responsibilities
- Cash Handling: Accurately process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries regarding account balances and services, and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
- Sales & Service: Identify sales opportunities and introduce customers to our suite of financial products, such as credit cards and savings accounts.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to bank security policies, Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations, and internal procedures.
- Operations: Assist in daily branch operations, including balancing the cash drawer and managing ATM supplies.
- Problem Solving: Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues to the Branch Manager when necessary.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Experience: Previous customer service, retail, or cash-handling experience is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong mathematical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Legal: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
