Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional service by resolving account inquiries and educating clients on digital banking tools
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawer daily and reconcile discrepancies within established timelines

Qualifications

- 6+ months of customer service or cash handling experience
