Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with precision
- Verify account details and documentation against security protocols
- Assist customers with basic inquiries and escalate complex issues to senior staff
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records
- Learn and adhere to banking regulations (Regulation E, BSA, etc.)
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop technical knowledge
- Contribute to a positive branch environment through teamwork and professionalism
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math aptitude and cash handling experience preferred
- Strong communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive tasks
