- Process Transactions: Accurately handle cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.

- Operate Equipment: Utilize the Teller Machine (TMS) and handle currency processing equipment efficiently.
- Compliance: Adhere to all banking regulations, security protocols, and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies.
- Problem Solving: Assist in identifying and escalating unusual account activity or potential fraud.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain the accuracy of the cash drawer and complete daily settlement reports.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business preferred.
- Experience: No prior banking experience required; customer service or retail experience is a plus.
- Skills: Strong mathematical aptitude and basic computer literacy.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Integrity: Demonstrated ability to handle cash and sensitive information with absolute discretion.
