Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries regarding account balances and services.
- Open new accounts and explain products and services to clients.
- Balance cash drawers daily and resolve any discrepancies immediately.
- Adhere to all banking regulations and security protocols.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized branch environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for Trainees.
- Strong mathematical skills and the ability to handle large sums of money accurately.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Reliable transportation is required for commuting.
