Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service by assisting with account inquiries, deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently using our state-of-the-art banking software and vault systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by identifying their financial needs and offering relevant products and services.
- Adhere to strict banking regulations, compliance policies, and security protocols to prevent fraud and ensure safety.
- Assist in branch operations, including cash reconciliation, ATM maintenance, and lobby organization.
- Collaborate with branch managers and team members to meet daily sales targets and service goals.
- Learn and apply knowledge of various banking products, including savings accounts, checking accounts, and credit cards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is highly preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the branch schedule.
- Ability to pass a background check and a credit check in accordance with banking industry standards.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
