Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and assist with account inquiries, deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Transaction Processing: Accurately handle cash and check transactions while adhering to strict banking regulations and security protocols.
- Cash Management: Maintain accurate daily cash drawers, balance terminals, and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Sales & Service: Identify customer needs and proactively recommend our range of financial products and services.
- Compliance: Ensure all regulatory compliance standards are met during every customer interaction.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Finance or Business preferred.
- Skills: Strong mathematical aptitude and excellent attention to detail.
- Experience: Previous cash-handling experience is a plus but not required for our Trainee program.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
