Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues.
- Open new accounts and assist in the sales of bank products and services.
- Balance daily cash drawers and reconcile transaction records.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products to meet branch goals.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized branch environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for trainees.
- Strong attention to detail and high numerical accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
