Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve account inquiries
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict compliance with banking regulations
- Cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs
- Operate teller terminals and digital banking platforms
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development sessions
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service and sales goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong math aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle cash transactions
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, digital banking tools)
- Pass background check and credit check (minimum 600 score)
- Availability for training schedule (8 weeks, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm)
