Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Processing deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately.
- Greeting customers warmly and providing exceptional service.
- Assisting customers with account inquiries and basic banking needs.
- Maintaining the cash drawer and balancing daily reports.
- Opening new accounts and processing required paperwork.
- Upselling our suite of financial products to meet client needs.
- Adhering to all banking compliance and security regulations.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service or cash-handling experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and credit check.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Willingness to complete the bank's paid training curriculum.
Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments) with precision.
- Greet and assist customers at the service window and lobby.
- Operate the cash reconciliation system and manage the cash drawer.
- Resolve customer issues and answer inquiries regarding banking products.
- Open new checking and savings accounts and assist with form completion.
- Refer customers to financial advisors for specialized services.
- Ensure compliance with bank security policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy.
- Valid driver's license (preferred).
- Willingness to undergo comprehensive paid training.
- Legal right to work in the United States.
