Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance their banking experience.
- Assist in the daily operation of the teller line, including balancing cash drawers and reconciling transactions.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for our products and services to meet branch targets.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with bank security and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment screening.
- Proficient with computers and basic office software.
