Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and resolving account issues.
- Assist in daily branch operations, including balancing cash drawers and maintaining vault security.
- Introduce and sell bank products such as savings accounts, CDs, and loans to meet customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with branch management to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail are essential.
