Responsibilities
- Execute Transactions: Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with 100% accuracy and adherence to strict compliance regulations.
- Customer Service Excellence: Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to meet their financial needs and resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Cash Management: Learn to balance cash drawers, handle currency, and manage daily vault operations with precision.
- Product Promotion: Assist in identifying cross-selling opportunities to introduce customers to our suite of financial products and services.
- Operational Support: Assist the branch manager with daily branch operations, including filing, filing maintenance, and ensuring the lobby is organized and welcoming.
- Compliance Training: Successfully complete all mandatory training modules on bank policies, security protocols, and anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior banking experience required. Previous customer service or retail experience is highly valued.
- Skills: Strong basic math skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate a computer and point-of-sale (POS) terminals.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Requirements: Must be willing to undergo a background check and credit check as per banking regulations.
- Availability: Must be available to work a full-time schedule, including weekends and holidays as required by the branch.
