Responsibilities
- Process Transactions: Accurately handle cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
- Customer Service: Assist customers with account inquiries, explain products, and resolve issues professionally.
- Product Sales: Cross-sell banking products such as CDs, savings accounts, and credit cards to meet branch goals.
- Security Compliance: Adhere to strict regulatory compliance and internal security protocols.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and reconcile cash drawers.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the branch manager and team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Experience: Previous customer service or cash handling experience is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong basic math skills and proficiency with Windows and banking software.
- Attributes: Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Requirements: Must pass a background check and credit check.
