Responsibilities
- Process Financial Transactions: Accurately handle cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing to ensure daily balances are precise.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries regarding account balances and products, and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
- Account Management: Assist in opening new accounts and explaining the features of various banking products to prospective clients.
- Banking Operations: Balance cash drawers at the end of each shift and verify daily settlement reports.
- Technology Proficiency: Utilize banking software and ATMs to facilitate seamless transactions for our clients.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus; however, we are willing to train motivated candidates with no prior banking experience.
- Skills: Strong basic math skills and attention to detail are essential for handling cash.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required by the branch schedule.
