Responsibilities
- Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments while adhering to strict regulatory compliance standards.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Learn and execute financial product sales, including CDs, IRAs, and checking accounts, to meet branch goals.
- Perform daily cash balancing and reconcile ATM deposits with precision and attention to detail.
- Assist in branch operational duties, including opening and closing procedures and maintaining a clean, organized lobby.
- Build rapport with the community, identifying financial needs and referring clients to appropriate specialists.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong math aptitude with the ability to handle cash transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex financial concepts simply.
- Professional demeanor, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by branch schedules.
