Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and resolve account-related issues efficiently.
- Transaction Processing: Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
- Cash Management: Balance cash drawers daily, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain cash reserves.
- Product Promotion: Inform customers about our range of financial products and services to help them meet their goals.
- Compliance: Adhere to strict bank security protocols and regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred; cash handling experience is a major plus.
