Responsibilities
- Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments for customers with a focus on speed and precision.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues efficiently.
- Operate the cash drawer and vault with strict adherence to security protocols and audit requirements.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet individual and branch performance goals.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming branch environment for all visitors.
- Learn and demonstrate knowledge of compliance regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail in handling cash transactions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the schedule.
- Must be able to pass a background check and credit check.
