Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service for deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the bank's core processing systems.
- Balance cash drawers and daily reports at the end of each shift to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and recommend financial products to meet customer needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized teller line area.
- Assist in opening new accounts and processing account closures under supervision.
- Adhere to all bank security policies and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash with high attention to detail.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required for trainees.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
