Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions accurately, including cashing checks, processing deposits, and withdrawals.
- Provide superior customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to cross-sell products.
- Manage cash drawers with 100% accuracy and balance daily transactions.
- Assist in opening new accounts and explaining banking products to customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional branch environment.
- Follow all regulatory compliance and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or previous banking experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new banking technologies and systems.
- Must pass a background check and credit check as required by federal regulations.
