- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet individual and branch sales goals.
- Perform daily cash balancing and audit procedures to ensure strict accuracy and compliance.
- Identify and refer customers to appropriate banking specialists for complex financial needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional teller workstation and lobby area.
- Adhere to all bank security policies, anti-money laundering regulations, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business preferred.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory for this trainee role.
- Strong math skills, high attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required.
