Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service to bank clients while resolving inquiries efficiently
- Balance cash drawers and maintain daily transaction logs
- Cross-sell bank products (checking accounts, loans, credit cards)
- Adhere to strict security protocols and anti-fraud procedures
- Collaborate with branch staff to achieve monthly sales goals
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance banking knowledge
- Assist with lobby management and customer flow during peak hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (college degree preferred)
- Strong basic math skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods (6-8 hours)
- Pass background check and credit check (minimum 600 score)
- Proficient with basic computer technology (MS Office)
