Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service at the teller window to ensure a positive banking experience.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cash checks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Open new checking and savings accounts, assisting customers with the necessary paperwork.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote our range of financial products, including credit cards and investment services.
- Reconcile cash drawers and maintain accurate daily transaction records.
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate management team.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is preferred but not required for our Trainee program.
- Strong mathematical skills and a keen eye for detail to prevent errors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required by branch needs.
