Responsibilities
- Customer Transactions: Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account transfers for customers.
- Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product information.
- Cash Management: Maintain accurate cash drawers, balance daily transactions, and handle cash and checks with high precision.
- Product Sales: Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities for savings accounts, CDs, and credit cards to meet branch goals.
- Security Compliance: Adhere to all bank security policies, including Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations and fraud prevention protocols.
- Administrative Support: Assist in maintaining branch cleanliness, organizing marketing materials, and managing lobby traffic efficiently.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Finance or Business preferred.
- Experience: Previous cash handling or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for our Trainee program.
- Skills: Strong math skills with the ability to handle cash transactions rapidly and accurately.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact professionally with diverse clients.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends and holidays as required by branch schedules.
- Requirements: Must pass a background check and a credit check.
