Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service by answering inquiries and resolving issues.
- Assist with opening new checking and savings accounts and explaining banking products.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Identify and cross-sell banking products to meet branch sales goals.
- Operate the point-of-sale terminal and maintain a tidy work area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; prior banking experience is a plus but not mandatory.
