Responsibilities
- Transaction Processing: Accurately and efficiently handle cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments using our state-of-the-art banking software.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries regarding accounts and services, and resolve issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Cash Management: Maintain accurate cash drawers, balance daily transactions, and adhere to strict audit and compliance standards.
- Product Promotion: Identify cross-selling opportunities to introduce customers to our credit cards, loans, and investment products.
- Administrative Support: Assist in maintaining branch cleanliness and organizing promotional materials.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred; retail or hospitality experience is a great asset.
- Skills: Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail; basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or POS systems.
