Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide a positive, welcoming experience at the teller window.
- Process daily transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account transfers.
- Operate the ATM and cash recycling equipment while maintaining strict accuracy and security standards.
- Identify and cross-sell banking products such as savings accounts, CDs, and credit cards.
- Assist with lobby operations, including answering phones and maintaining branch organization.
- Adhere to all regulatory compliance and audit requirements.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service or cash-handling experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to pass a background check and credit check.
