Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Balance cash drawers daily and maintain strict compliance with audit protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries and service issues
- Actively cross-sell bank products (checking accounts, loans, credit cards) to meet team targets
- Adhere to all security procedures and anti-fraud regulations during all transactions
- Utilize core banking software (Fiserv platform) to document transactions and update records
- Participate in daily branch operations including opening/closing procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
- Basic math proficiency with attention to detail for cash handling
- Strong customer service orientation with conflict resolution skills
- Ability to pass background check and FINRA-mandated fingerprinting
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, email)
- Flexibility to work weekends and some holidays as needed
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation
- Previous cash handling experience (retail/food service acceptable)
