- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with precision
- Deliver exceptional service to bank clients while addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and adhere to security protocols
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs
- Operate teller systems and digital banking platforms efficiently
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance banking knowledge and skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Zero banking experience required – we train from the ground up!
- Strong basic math skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service mindset and communication abilities
- Proficiency with basic technology and willingness to learn banking systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle cash transactions
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (if applicable to role requirements)
