Responsibilities
- Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior service to ensure a positive banking experience.
- Assist customers with account inquiries and explain complex banking products clearly.
- Cross-sell bank services and products to meet branch sales goals.
- Monitor cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Identify and escalate potential security or compliance issues immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior banking or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
